Bus-udvidelsesmodul til BH8-CTRLX-230

Bus-udvidelsessmodulet must be connected to the smart house controller BH8-CTRLX-230 via a

of the two 4-wire flat cables. Busmodulerne can be placed on both sides of the controller. In order to

achieve the right connection, flat cable is placed straight without bending.

The controller can handle up to three bus expansion modules, which allows for up to

4 x 128 inputs and outputs. Bus expansion modules are named BUS 1, 2 or 3,

Depending on the connection used on the controller.

Tip: In order to achieve the best EMCydelse it is recommended to use a ribbon cable as short as possible.

If both the controller and the busudvidelses module is heavily loaded on the bus, there should

keep a distance of at least 2 mm between them the mhp. ventilation. Further information is available on the

data sheet for controller BH8-CTRLX-230.

Led Indication

Supply led: The Green led will be lit when there is power on the module.

If the bus terminals or communication with the controller is interrupted, the led will be activated.

If the bus terminals, the Green led indicate this in two ways:

1. Brightness becomes weaker in approx. 30 sec.

2. the led will blink immediately.

Buslysdiode: When the power is connectedwill the yellow buslysdiode immediately light permanently. There will

be 8 V DC on the bus for charging modules, supplied by the bus. After the cut-in delay *

(approx. 1 sec.) disconnect the led in each busperiode, which causes the permanent light for

blinking weakly. The more outputs that are enabled on the bus, the more flashes the led.

* Note: If the controller is switched on at the same time, will cut-in delay depend on controller

(approx. 30 sec.).
